Michelle Holian
Chief Executive Officer
B.Sc.(Hons), MBL (RMIT), GAICD
Michelle joined Lighthouse Disability in October 2020.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science with Honours, Master of Business Leadership. Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles including Executive leadership roles in Government, Health and Disability sectors.
Deep commitment to upholding the rights of people with disabilities and supporting them to live the lives they choose.
Experienced in managing people, culture and corporate services functions to support safe and high quality services to people with disabilities.
Experienced in corporate and clinical governance of not for profit organisations providing services to vulnerable people.
Julia Overton
General Manager, Client Wellbeing

Julia joined Lighthouse Disability in October 2021.
Julia is an experienced executive having held senior positions within not-for-profit organisations, State and Local Government. She has spent the majority of her career working within the health system in South Australia to improve outcomes for consumers through a focus on the social determinants of health and equity.
Working across care settings, including health, disability and ageing, Julia has supported individuals and communities to have access to the services they need when and where they need them. Julia’s experience includes supporting both rural/remote and metropolitan populations with a particular focus on the most vulnerable people in these communities. Her experience is underpinned by her university education in the fields of Public Health, Planning and Social Geography and her leadership through her graduation from the Governor’s Leadership Foundation in 2018.
Julia is committed to leading with integrity through alignment of strategies and objectives and clear communication. She is a strategic thinker with a strong background in planning and evaluation. Julia is passionate about driving collaborative approaches to achieve progress and developing partnerships to increase organisational capacity, impact and outcomes.
Chris Soteriou
General Manager, Finance

Chris joined Lighthouse Disability in December 2020.
An experienced CFO and Executive Manager with over 25 years of business experience in leadership and financial management expertise gained from working in a diverse range of industries, Board & Committee memberships.
Extensive experience in leading the finance function of an organisation, including strategic planning and setting strategic directions, Board and Executive reporting, financial modelling, analytics and business planning.
Experienced in leading corporate services such as information technology, property management, motor vehicle fleet, payroll and overseeing capital works.
An outcome focused leader guided by core values of accountability and responsibility with integrity. Demonstrated skills in leadership, strategic thinking, business and political acumen, negotiation, relationship development, change management and managing complex client and stakeholder relationships.
Managers of Service Delivery
Managers of Service Delivery are responsible for ensuring positive outcomes for our customers by leading and managing service delivery staff. As such they are the leaders of our operational staff.
